 I was one of the first girls to join Gresham's! My sixth form experience was an unusual and magical time: I was able to read both English and French literature very widely, take part in amazing drama productions in the beautiful outside theatre and have my first taste of philosophy and meditation!

 I attended Gresham's School as an ESU scholar from the United States during the 1997-1998 academic year. My time at Gresham's was one of the most formative and invigorating experiences in my life and one for which I am deeply grateful. Thank you.

 When I was at Greshams the fees where a fraction of what they are today but my parents were grateful for the Norfolk scholarship I had then. I am glad to support this effort in my own small way. 

 Gresham's was founded as Free Grammar School in 1555 with the objective of providing free education , training and instruction. It is vital that this principle should be maintained, developed and strengthened through the provision of bursaries as well as scholarships.
